Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), imprisoned for no more than six months, or both, and shall pay costs of prosecution for each offense. Each day during which any violation hereof shall continue shall constitute a separate offense punishable as hereinabove provided.
