A. A Zoning Commission, hereinafter referred to as the “Commission” for the Village is hereby created under the authority of Illinois Complied Statutes, Chapter 65, Act 5, Section 11-13-2 et seq.
B. The Commission shall consist of five (5) members. All members of the Commission shall be residents of the Village, and shall be appointed by the Village President and subject to confirmation by the Corporate Authorities, shall be subject to removal at any time in the manner provided for by law, shall serve without compensation, and shall all take an oath.
