A. Video gaming, as defined by the Illinois Video Gaming Act, 230 Illinois Compiled Statutes 40/1 et seq., is permitted in the Village subject to the provisions of this article.
B. Video gaming is not permitted within the Village except pursuant to the issuance of a Class T liquor license to the holder of a Class AR, AR-1, C, C-1, or G license as set forth in section 4-1-10 of this Code, and pursuant to the issuance of a valid gaming terminal license as set forth in Section 4-5-2 of this Code.
