9-1-3: QUALIFICATIONS OF BUILDING INSPECTORS:
Only inspectors who are currently certified by the International Code Council shall engage in review of building plans for buildings or work which is structural or be responsible for inspections of such buildings or work. (2013 Code § 11-1-3)
