The vehicle shall be removed by an authorized towing company pursuant to this code and ordinances of the village and Illinois state statutes. Any and all fees associated with the towing of said vehicle shall be the responsibility of the owner of such vehicle. In addition to such fees charged by the towing company, the owner shall be responsible for an administrative fee to the village in the amount of twenty five dollars ($25.00). The vehicle shall not be released to the owner until said owner pays in full all such towing charges and administrative charges. (2013 Code § 6-1-24)
