7-5-2: VEHICLES EXCEEDING WEIGHT LIMITS:
The village hereby adopts by reference and is authorized to enforce all regulations and laws in regards to vehicles exceeding weight limits as set forth in article II of chapter 15 of the Illinois vehicle code 2 , as enacted and amended.(2016 Code; amd. Ord. O-19-10, 6-4-2019)
