Every person convicted of violating any provision of section 7-1-1 of this chapter, the Illinois vehicle code, as incorporated by reference into this code by section 7-1-1 of this chapter, shall be punishable by one or more of the following dispositions as are authorized for such offense by reference to the Illinois vehicle code and as may be determined by the court:
A. Such maximum fine as authorized by reference to the Illinois vehicle code.
B. A term of incarceration, either periodic or continuous, in a penal institution other than the penitentiary as authorized by reference to the Illinois vehicle code.
C. A term of supervision or conditional discharge as authorized by reference to the Illinois vehicle code and the Illinois unified code of corrections. (2013 Code § 6-1-4)
