6-4-2: PROHIBITIONS:
   A.   Sale Or Delivery: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale or delivery any product containing a synthetic cannabinoid, stimulant or psychedelic/hallucinogen. (2013 Code § 3-5-2)
   B.   Possession: It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly possess a product containing a synthetic cannabinoid, stimulant or psychedelic/hallucinogen. (2013 Code § 3-5-3)
   C.   Use: It shall be unlawful for any person to be under the influence of a synthetic cannabinoid, stimulant or psychedelic/hallucinogen. (2013 Code § 3-5-4)
