No person shall conduct, or cause to be conducted, any test or demonstration of any alarm system or signaling device that is directly connected to the Kane County communications center without first obtaining permission from said center. Permission to test shall not be required when the alarm system or signaling device is connected to an intermediary receiver and is not relayed to the Kane County communications center.
