A. The terms and provisions of this chapter shall not apply to property which is both zoned and used for any agricultural purpose; except, subsection 5-1-2B13, "Burning Manure", of this chapter shall apply to such property. (2013 Code § 7-2-3; amd. 2016 Code)
B. The terms and provisions of this chapter shall not apply to structures which were exempt from the provisions of the county building regulations as an agricultural use structure when originally erected and continue to be used for agricultural purposes. Structures which were exempt from the provisions of the county building regulations as an agricultural use structure when originally erected but which are currently used for nonagricultural purposes or are vacant or abandoned are not exempt from the terms and provisions of this chapter.
