4-1-24: DUTY TO REPORT DISTURBANCES, FIGHTS AND VIOLATIONS:
Every liquor license holder shall immediately report by telephone to the village police department all disturbances, breaches of the peace, fights, assaults and apparent violations of any village or state law occurring on the licensed premises. (2013 Code § 3-1-24)
