At the time of the application for license or renewal, certification from the village building and zoning officer, the Kane County health department and the Kane County building department shall be provided indicating that the proposed licensed premises and the property upon which a licensed premises is located are in conformity with all of the regulations and ordinances of the village and, where applicable, Kane County.
