Any and all licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to any and all changes or amendments which may be hereafter made, and any and all rules adopted by the local liquor control commissioner. Any and all licenses shall be subject to any restrictions or conditions deemed desirable by the local liquor control commissioner. (2013 Code § 3-1-5)
