A. Filing Fee: A filing fee in the amount of five hundred fifty dollars ($550.00), payable to the Village, shall accompany each application for a zoning variation. If two (2) or more variations are requested for the same property in one application, only one fee is due.
B. Additional Charges: Pursuant to chapter 2 of this title, the applicant shall be responsible to reimburse the Village for all expenses incurred by the Village relative to each application. (2013 Code § 1-17-7; amd. 2016 Code)
