Any person receiving a notice of violation may appeal the determination of the violations. The notice of appeal must be received within ten calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice of violation. Appeals shall be submitted to the City's Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Board or its designee. Hearing on the appeal shall take place within ten days from the date of receipt of the notice of appeal by the Board. The decision of the Board or its designee shall be final.
