§ 31.46 PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.
   The position of Public Works Director is hereby established. The Public Works Director will report to the Mayor and supervise the Public Works Department. The job descriptions and requirements for this position shall be on file with the City Clerk and be modified from time to time by the Mayor.
