§ 31.45 ESTABLISHED.

   A Public Works Department is hereby created which will be responsible for the following:

   (A)   Water and sewer operations, including:

      (1)   Water distribution;

      (2)   Water plant operation;

      (3)   Waste water collections;

      (4)   Waste water treatment operations.

   (B)   Parks maintenance and recreation activities;

   (C)   Street maintenance and construction operations; and

   (D)   Solid waste and sanitation operations.
