§ 32.25 STATUTORY POWERS.
   Auxiliary police officers shall have the powers enumerated in KRS 95.510, which makes the auxiliary police officer a peace officer of the city and state with the same powers to make arrest, execute process and enforce the laws as have constables and sheriffs.
