§ 32.17 QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS.
   Before any person may be appointed or made an auxiliary police officer for the city, he or she shall possess the qualifications for a police officer set forth in KRS 95.440 and any applicable city ordinances pertaining to qualifications of police officers or auxiliary police.
