The provisions herein are designed to specifically address the requirements of Kentucky Revised Statutes regarding and regulating the placement of wireless telecommunication facilities in the city, and further to provide for the telecommunications in appropriate locations at sites which provide adequate service while protecting the public, preserving the character and value of the surrounding property, and protecting the view from residential areas.
