§ 110.21 NONCONFORMING SIGNS.
   (A)   The structural support of outdoor advertising signs deemed nonconforming uses under the Zoning Ordinance may be reconstructed, rebuilt or replaced in order to bring the sign into compliance.
   (B)   Should the nonconforming outdoor advertising sign be damaged or destroyed, the owner may reconstruct, rebuild or replace the sign. In doing so, the face area of the outdoor advertising display shall not be increased.
   (C)   If, as a result of the location of the sign, it is in violation of this subchapter, the owner shall be entitled to remove the outdoor advertising sign but shall be permitted to erect a new sign at a subsequent location, which erection shall be specifically permitted, notwithstanding § 110.22 below with respect to cap and replacement. The owner shall not, however, be required to do so.
