§ 110.19 PERMITTED USES BY DISTRICT.

(A) An outdoor advertising display may not be erected or placed in any residential, historic or agricultural district.

(B) An outdoor advertising display may only be erected or placed along Kentucky Highways 210, 68 and 55, subject to the restrictions set forth in this subchapter.
