§ 31.17 COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   The Campbellsville-Taylor County Economic Development Authority shall consist of six members, three of which shall be appointed by the Mayor of the city, and three of which shall be appointed by the Judge-Executive of the county.
   (B)   The City Council shall approve the city's members and fiscal court shall approve the county's members.
      (1)   Members of the Authority shall serve for a term of four years, and until their successors are appointed and qualified, provided, however, that initial appointments shall be made so that two members are appointed for two years, two members for three years and two members for four years. Upon expiration of these staggered terms, successors shall be appointed for a term of four years.
      (2)   A member may only be replaced by the appointing Authority upon a showing to the appointing Authority of misconduct as an Authority member or upon conviction of a felony.
      (3)   No Authority member shall hold any official office with the appointing Authority.
