Any and all persons who own, have or acquire an interest in any business entity which provides alarm protective services or who are employed by the business entity shall, prior to acquiring the interest or commencing business or the employment, register with the city, by completing application for and obtaining a permit authorizing the conduct of business within the city limits of the city.
