Before the city expends state-derived tax revenues on a municipal highway, road, street, or bridge it shall provide an opportunity to the public to provide input in a public meeting for which notice has been given under KRS 61.823(2) to (4) with regard to the project and to priorities for use of tax monies for road and bridge purposes.
