§ 94.07 REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS BY CITY.
   If the abutting property owner fails to repair, reconstruct or improve a defective sidewalk promptly, the city may cause the sidewalk to be repaired, reconstructed or improved, pursuant to the provisions of KRS 94.010 et seq.
