§ 31.02 DEPARTMENT OF DISASTER AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE.
   The City Council does hereby create a department to be known as Department of Disaster and Emergency Response, which Department shall have the powers and authorities as enumerated in KRS 39B.010 et seq.
