§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   In addition to the right of the city to abate the nuisance(s), whoever violates any provision herein shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $250 for each offense; a separate offense shall be committed for each day the violation occurs. The citation for a violation shall only be issued after the individual has not abated the nuisance and the administrative process of abatement has been completed by the city. The city may also obtain injunctions or abatement orders to ensure compliance with this chapter or pursue administrative remedies when appropriate, including injunctions and abatement proceedings.
   (C)   Any person who deposits, throws or leaves any trash, debris or litter on any public highway or public land within the city shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $300.
   (D)   In the event a person violates § 93.10, the Campbellsville Police Department shall have the power to enforce this division.
      (1)   A first violation shall result in a $25 fine.
      (2)   A second violation shall result in a $100 fine.
      (3)   A third and subsequent violation shall result in a $250 fine.
      (4)   Nothing herein shall prevent an officer, in his or her discretion, from issuing a warning in lieu of citation for a first offense.
