(A) A report will be made annually to the Council as to the progress being made toward the goals of eliminating discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, HIV-positive persons, or disability.
(B) The citizens' advisory committee will be responsible for compiling the data and information and presenting it to the local unit of government.
