(A) The Mayor or government employee designated by him or her and answerable directly to him or her has responsibility for effective implementation of the policy set forth in this chapter.
(B) The responsibility of the Mayor shall include matters such as ensuring that:
(1) The local unit of government's equal housing opportunity statement is posted in conspicuous places;
(2) The notices required by federal, state or local law and regulations are posted at all work locations;
(3) All private and governmental sources of housing are aware of the local unit of government's policy of equal housing opportunity; and
(4) The statement setting forth the local unit of government's policy with respect to acquiring safe and decent housing will be posted in conspicuous places frequented by persons or applicants for federally subsidized housing.
