§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 90.01(B) or (C) above shall be guilty of misdemeanor, and shall be fined $100 and/or imprisoned for no longer than 50 days.
