(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person found to be in violation of any of the terms of § 71.01 above shall be fined at least $10 but not exceeding $100 plus court costs, in addition to any charges made by the garage or other establishment to which any vehicle might have been towed and/or impounded.

(C) (1) Any person, firm or corporation violating the time allotment in a permitted parking area shall be fined not less than $5 for each occurrence.
(2) Any person, firm or corporation violating the privilege of parking on a metered parking space shall be fined $0.25 for each violation.
(3) Any person, firm or corporation parking in a no parking zone shall be fined $10 for each violation.
(D) (1) All fines provided for herein may be paid within 24 hours from date and time of violation direct to the City Police Department and payment of same shall prevent further processing for prosecution for the violation.
(2) All fines not paid within the 24 hours shall forthwith be transmitted by the chief administrative officer of the City Police Department to the District Court for enforcement.
