(A) Metered parking on city parking lots shall be for times and for the amounts of monies as may be indicated upon the meter or other appropriate sign.
(B) All other permissible parking shall be designated by a sign, which sign shall inform the general public that parking is permissible and stating the periods of time for which the parking is permissible.
(C) All areas designated by sign as no parking areas, or indicated by a yellow curb line, shall be no parking areas.
