(A) Any meeting of the City Council which must be rescheduled due to holiday or other conflict shall from and after the effective date of this section be held on the Tuesday immediately following the regularly scheduled Monday meeting commencing at the hour of 7:00 p.m. local prevailing time in the Campbellsville Civic Center located at 205 North Columbia Avenue, Campbellsville, Kentucky.
(B) Any meeting which would otherwise be conducted on the third Monday of the given month, but which is scheduled for the next day pursuant to this section, shall not be deemed a special meeting but shall instead be deemed a regular meeting of the City Council.
