§ 52.36 REGULATIONS.
   (A)   During the effective period of any water supply shortage as provided for in §§ 52.32 through 52.34, the Mayor is empowered to promulgate regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter, any water supply shortage resolution, or water shortage rate ordinance.
   (B)   These regulations shall be subject to the approval of the City Council at its next regular or emergency meeting.
