§ 155.159 APPLICATION.
   Tiny home village development application.
   (A)   Application submission. When any person desires to develop a tiny home village, that person shall file an application for a conditional use with the Board of Adjustment for the same with the Community Development Department on forms furnished by the Department.
   (B)   Contents of application. Each application for development of a tiny home village shall include at a minimum, the following:
      (1)   The name and address of the owner or an authorized agent and a legal description of the premises upon which the tiny home village is proposed to be located;
      (2)   A scaled site plan showing the following:
         (a)   The extent and area used for village purposes;
         (b)   Any roadways and driveways;
         (c)   Location of spaces for tiny homes;
         (d)   Required sanitary sewer connection;
         (e)   Method and plan of garbage removal;
         (f)   Plan for water supply;
         (g)   Plan for electrical lighting of lots and spaces;
         (h)   Provision of parking spaces;
         (i)   Location and size of recreation area;
         (j)   Grading and drainage of the property;
         (k)   Screening and landscaping;
         (l)   Location of fire hydrants within or adjacent to the park.
