§ 155.157 DEFINITIONS.
   Terms used but not defined herein shall have such meaning as defined in this chapter. For the purposes of this subchapter, the following words and phrases shall have the ascribed meanings:
   TINY HOME. A size-constrained dwelling with provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and internal water and sanitary sewer connections and built in accordance with the 2018 International Residential Ordinance (IRC), Appendix Q as may be amended or replaced from time to time, and must meet or exceed local building codes in force at the time of application.
   TINY HOME VILLAGE. A single lot developed with a minimum of four tiny homes within its boundaries.
