(A) The intent of this subchapter is to provide allowance and standards for the development of tiny home villages which are consistent with State of Kentucky law and which provide quality developments suitable for tiny home placement and are designed to provide low-cost or minimally sized housing options.
(B) This subchapter applies to tiny home villages as defined herein and shall not apply to the placement of tiny homes on individual lots in residential zones where such placement is regulated by other portions this chapter.
