A mobile food unit/pushcart vendor shall, on request by the customer, render to the customer, a receipt for the amount charged, either by a mechanically printed receipt or by a specially prepared receipt on which shall be the name of the license holder of the mobile food vending unit, all charges, and the date of transaction.
