§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300, or by imprisonment, in the discretion of the court or jury trying the case.
   (B)   Any person, association or corporation found to be in violation of § 51.12 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $25 nor more than $300.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of §§ 51.25 and 51.26 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine in any sum not less than $25 nor more than$100 per violation in the discretion of the court or jury trying the case. Each day shall be considered a separate violation.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of § 51.56 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine in any sum not less than $25 nor more than $100, in the discretion of the court or jury trying the case. Each day's violation, after the effective date of the written notice, shall be deemed a separate offense.
