The monthly garbage collection service fee applicable to commercial buildings and industrial sites shall be as follows:
(A) Weekly pickup, limit four 20- to 30-gallon containers: $25 per month;
(B) Each additional container: $2;
(C) Front-loader type containers (two cubic yard dumpsters):
(1) Per pickup, per dumpster: $7.50, plus $5 per pickup of one or more dumpsters; and
(2) Any business using less than four 20- to 30-gallon containers per week and not more than one pick-up per week and not using dumpsters and on city water shall be billed through the water bill on the same terms and at the same rates as residential customers.
