(a) No person, who is the owner or occupant of any building located within the City of Campbell, shall display on said building a postal address which does not conform with the postal address assigned by the appropriate authority of the City and maintained in the permanent records of the City.
(b) No person who is the owner or occupant of any building located within the City shall display on said building a postal address which had been previously displayed by the owner or occupant of a building which has frontage on the same street.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day of violation shall be a separate offense.
