No person, firm, partnership, corporation, lessee, bailor or bailee shall park, operate or move for parking purposes, store, park or move the following described equipment or motor vehicles: motor vehicle with carrying capacity of more than one ton; a semi-trailer and/or trailer used for freight purposes; bus or motor coach used for commercial purposes, high lift bulldozer or any heavy contractor’s mobile equipment, industrial equipment and/or machines, over, across or onto any private property, premises or on the street located within Residential 1, Residential 2 or Residential 3 areas as defined by the Zoning Ordinance.
