(a) No owner, driver or operator of a motor vehicle designated as a commercial tractor or semitrailer equipped with three or more axles shall operate such commercial motor vehicle in, over or upon the streets within the City without displaying on such commercial motor vehicle the following information:
(1) Weight of the commercial tractor and trailer empty.
(2) Maximum load capacity.
(3) Size of tires.
(b) Such information shall be properly printed on the right-hand door of each commercial tractor or semitrailer. Anyone who willfully or falsely represents such information shall likewise be in violation of the provisions of this section.
