157.10  PRIVACY PROTECTIONS OF FULLY INSURED GROUP HEALTH PLANS POLICY.
   (a)   Council hereby establishes a Privacy Protections of Fully Insured Group Health Plans Policy for the City.
   (b)   The Privacy Protections of Fully Insured Group Health Plans Policy is on file and available for public review and inspection in the Clerk of Council’s Office.
