142.02  ZONING INSPECTOR.
   (a)   The position of Zoning Inspector is hereby created.
   (b)   The duties of the Zoning Inspector are to enforce the Property Maintenance Code adopted by City Council and any other duties as prescribed by the Zoning Commissioner.
   (c)   There will be no salary set for the position of Zoning Inspector.
