137.20  CAPITAL ASSET ACCOUNTING PROCEDURAL MANUAL.
   (a)   Council hereby establishes a Capital Asset Accounting Procedural Manual for the City.
   (b)   The Capital Asset Accounting Procedural Manual is on file and available for public review and inspection in the Clerk of Council’s Office.
