137.16  USE OF CITY-ISSUED CELLULAR TELEPHONES POLICY.
   (a)   Council hereby establishes a Use of City-Issued Cellular Telephones Policy for the City.
   (b)   The Use of City-Issued Cellular Telephones Policy is on file and available for public review and inspection in the Clerk of Council’s Office.
