137.09  ACCOUNTING SYSTEM FOR FIXED ASSETS POLICY.
   (a)   Council hereby establishes an Accounting System for Fixed Assets Policy for the City.
   (b)   The Accounting System for Fixed Assets Policy is on file and available for public review and inspection in the Clerk of Council’s Office.
