1362.99  PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.  When any person is found guilty of a subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.  Such fine is mandatory and shall not be suspended or remitted when found guitly of a third or subsequent offense.
 
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months incarceration or a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500) or both.  (Ord. 2015-1116.  Passed 5-20-15.)
